BARROW BRIDGE

MISSION

Barrow Bridge Mission

We recognise that families come in a kaleidoscope of shapes and sizes and everyone is welcome at our worship services. Based in the heart of the Barrow Bridge village community we offer welcoming, friendly church services.

As a church we have a heart for one another and the local community. Families are especially welcome and we offer children’s teaching for two age groups.

Sunday Services

10:30 am
A warm, welcoming and friendly service, offering a balanced style which includes Bible-based teaching and a good mix of modern and well-known classic worship songs.

On the third Sunday of the month we hold a holy communion service and every fourth Sunday of the month is an all-age service. We also offer a healing service every three months.

At the end of every service we have tea/coffee and biscuits and enjoy a good chat and fellowship together.

Children’s Ministries

Two different groups meet during term-time:

STARS (Seek, Trust and Receive the Saviour) for Reception Class to Year 4.

JOG (Jesus Our God) for Year 5 to Year 8.

Our youth ministry is parish wide and led by our Youth Minister. There are lots of groups to get involved with including TREAD (Year 7+); The Duke of Edinburgh scheme (Year 9+); Discipleship groups for teenagers; Worship groups; and much more.
